摘要
[研究目的]维和警察行动的有效开展离不开情报工作的有力支撑,维和警务情报源是维和警察情报工作的基础,加强维和警务情报源相关基础理论研究,有利于优化维和警察情报全链条工作。[研究方法]基于维度视角,以系统论和控制论为理论依据,以维和警察情报工作为实践依据,构建由时空、内容与形式维度组成的维和警务情报源三维结构,从而把握维和警务情报源本质结构和内在规律。[研究结论]维和警务情报源维度的构建,为维和警察全面准确利用与开发维和警务情报源提供了新方法,以对维和警务情报源系统实施有效控制,更好为维和警察行动决策服务。
[Research purpose]The effective development of peacekeeping police operations is inseparable from the strong support of intelligence work.Peacekeeping policing intelligence source is the foundation of peacekeeping police intelligence work.Strengthening the research of basic theory on peacekeeping policing intelligence source is conducive to optimizing the whole chain of peacekeeping police intelligence work.[Research method]Based on the perspective of dimension,taking system theory and cybernetics as the theoretical basis and peacekeeping police intelligence work as the practical basis,this paper constructs a three-dimensional structure of peacekeeping policing intelligence source composed of space-time,content and form dimensions,so as to grasp the essential structure and internal law of peacekeeping policing intelligence source.[Research conclusion]The construction of peacekeeping policing intelligence source dimension provides a new path for peacekeeping police to utilize and exploit peacekeeping policing intelligence source comprehensively and accurately,which can control the peacekeeping policing intelligence source system effectively and better serve the decision-making of peacekeeping police operations.
