摘要
针对某型号高位堆垛叉车的势能回收系统,利用Simulink和ADAMS进行模型搭建与联合仿真,建立虚拟样机研究势能回收效率,进行参数匹配设计,仿真结果表明,叉车工作系统势能回收效率随着货叉下落高度的增大而增大;叉车工作系统势能回收效率随着液压马达转动惯量的增大而减少;三向叉车工作系统势能回收效率随着货叉承受负载的增大而增大。
Taking the potential energy recovery system of a certain type of high-position stacker as the research object,Simulink and Adams are used to build the model and co-simulate,and a virtual prototype is established to study the potential energy recovery efficiency and carry out parameter matching design.The simulation results show that the potential energy recovery efficiency of stacker working system will increase with the increase of fork drop height.The potential energy recovery efficiency of stacker system will decrease with the increase of the moment of inertia of hydraulic motor.The potential energy recovery efficiency of the three-way stacker working system will increase with the increase of the load borne by the stacker.
