摘要
针对Baja赛车制动系统在车手急踩踏板时难以达到四轮同时抱死且锁止的问题,设计了一种新型制动系统。通过对赛车制动系统关键参数的计算、建模和有限元分析,确定了制动系统各零件的关键尺寸,根据建模图制作出实物,根据规则进行制动系统路面调试与验证,验证其系统满足四轮能抱死且同时锁止和制动稳定性要求。设计的制动系统具有结构简单、加工制造方便、成本低廉等优点,可广泛应用于赛车中,具有推广价值。
Aiming at the problem that the Baja racing brake system is difficult to reach the four wheels locked and locked at the same time when the driver presses the pedal urgently,a new braking system is designed.Through the calculation,modeling and finite element analysis of the key parameters of the racing braking system,the key dimensions of each part of the braking system were determined,the physical object was made according to the modeling drawing,and the pavement debugging and verification of the braking system were carried out according to the rules to verify that the system could meet the requirements of four-wheel locking and braking stability.The designed brake system has the advantages of simple structure,convenient manufacturing and low cost,which can be widely used in racing cars and has popularization value.
