摘要 简要论述了充气密封舱相对于金属密封舱的技术优势,通过分析国外充气密封舱的技术发展,结合我国充气密封舱发展现状,提炼了高效折叠展开技术、低漏率密封技术、长寿命承压设计技术和全柔性防护设计技术等四项关键技术,阐述了关键技术研究成果。上述充气密封舱结构关键技术已基本突破,经验证,充气密封舱折叠效率大于4、气密性低于0.05 kg/天,承压层结构蠕变寿命满足使用要求,柔性防护结构可抵御空间碎片的撞击,各项指标满足载人密封舱的要求,可以作为我国载人充气密封舱的工程应用的技术基础。 This paper briefly discusses technical advantage of inflatable capsule over mental-sealed capsule.By analyzing development of the foreign inflatable capsule,and considering the status quo of inflatable capsule technology in China,four key technologies are proposed,including efficient folding and unfolding,low leakage rate seal,long life of compressive strength,and flexible protection shield.The research results of the technologies are described.The above key technologies have been broken through.Verifications have been applied to these technologies.The folding efficiency of Inflatable capsule exceeds 4.The leakage rate is less than 0.05kg/d.The creep life meets the service requirements,and the flexible protection shield can resist the impact of space debris.All indicators meet the requirements of manned aircraft.The research in the paper can become the basis of inflatable capsule technology for China’s manned spaceflight.
