摘要
为了探索分阶段饲喂模式应用于规模化商品乳鸽生产的可行性及该生产模式对商品乳鸽品质的影响,试验选择180只刚出雏健康乳鸽,随机分为3组,分别为自然哺喂组、人工灌喂组和分阶段饲喂组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只乳鸽,试验期为28 d。结果显示:分阶段饲喂组乳鸽在离笼后体重会因应激而急速下降,但后期增速较快,上市体重达530 g,显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。分阶段饲喂组和人工灌服组乳鸽18~28日龄的日均耗料量和料重比均显著低于自然哺喂组(P<0.05)。分阶段饲喂组乳鸽28日龄宰前活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重均显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),腿肌重、胸肌重显著高于自然哺喂组(P<0.05)。分阶段饲喂组和人工灌服组28日龄乳鸽空肠回肠的长度和重量显著高于自然哺喂组(P<0.05)。分阶段饲喂组胸肌亮度值(L^(*))显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),剪切力显著低于人工灌服组(P<0.05)。综上所述,相较于自然哺喂和人工灌服这两种模式,分阶段饲喂模式生产的28日龄乳鸽体重大、耗料少、屠体重、消化道发育良好、肉色深、肉质嫩,更符合消费市场的需求。
In order to explore the feasibility of applying phased feeding mode to scale commercial squab production,and analyze the effect of the production mode on the quality of commercial squabs,a total of 180 healthy squabs were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 20 squabs in each replicate.The 3 groups were natural feeding group,artificial feeding and phased feeding,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that the weight of squabs in phase feeding group decreased rapidly after leaving the cage due to stress,but it increased rapidly in the later time,and the market weight reached 530 g and was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).The average daily feed consumption and feed to gain ratio of squabs from 18 to 28 days of age in phase feeding group and artificial feeding group were significantly lower than those in natural feeding group(P<0.05).The slaughter weight,carcass weight,half-eviscerated weight and eviscerated weight of squabs at 28 days of age in phase feeding group were significantly higher than those in other two groups(P<0.05),and the leg muscle weight and breast muscle weight of squabs in phase feeding group were significantly higher than those in natural feeding group(P<0.05).The length and weight of jejunum and ileum of 28-day-age squabs in phase feeding group and artificial feeding group were significantly higher than those in natural feeding group(P<0.05).The breast muscle color brightness value(L^(*))of in phase feeding group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).The shear force of breast muscle in phase feeding group was significantly lower than that in artificial feeding group(P<0.05).In conclusion,compared with natural feeding mode and artificial feeding mode,squabs produced by phased feeding mode have large body weight,less feed consumption,large carcass weight,good digestive tract development,dark meat color and tender meat quality,which better meets the demand of consumer market.
