基于模糊分区的储能参与电网调频控制策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 储能参与电网调频具有响应速度快、功率跟踪精确等优点。通过对电网的区域控制偏差(ACE)和电池的储能荷电状态(SOC)进行动态分区,并与4种不同紧急程度的调频状态相结合,提出一种含动态分区的储能参与电网调频的协调控制策略。根据区域互联系统在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建储能参与电网调频的模型,基于常规控制和上述分区协调控制两种策略分析频率波形得出,储能参与调频可有效缩短调节时间,减小频率波动。通过模糊控制对分区协调控制策略进行优化,使整个环节的调频能力更优。 Energy storage has the advantages of fast response and accurate power tracking when participating in power grid frequency modulation.By dynamically partitioning the grid’s Area Control Error(ACE)and battery’s State of Charge(SOC),and combining them with four different emergency frequency modulation states,this paper proposes a regional coordinated control strategy for energy storage to participate in frequency modulation.The model of energy storage participating in power grid frequency modulation was established in MATLAB/Simulink,and the frequency waveform was analyzed based on the conventional control strategy and the above partition coordinated control strategy.It was concluded that energy storage participating in frequency modulation could effectively shorten the regulation time and reduce the frequency fluctuation.The fuzzy control is used to optimize the control strategy of partition coordination so that the frequency modulation capability of the whole link is better.
