基于ABAQUS的机载锚杆钻机钻头优化方法

摘要 针对传统机载锚杆钻机钻头使用寿命短、排屑能力不理想等问题,提出了一种基于ABAQUS的机载锚杆钻机钻头优化方法。通过分析机载钻机旋转冲击破岩机理来获取钻头冲击速度和侵入深度等变化规律,运用拓扑优化方法改进钻头的结构,并以常用的三翼钻头为例来构建三维仿真模型,利用ABAQUS软件对钻头的钻进过程进行有限元分析。结果表明:优化后钻头的最大等效应变和最大等效应力相较于未优化前,分别降低了22.6%和24.1%,有效改善了钻头应力集中的现象,能够在一定程度上提升钻头的使用寿命;排屑口截面面积增加了21.3%,防阻塞能力得到了加强。 Aiming at the problems of short service life and poor debris removal ability of traditional airborne anchor drill bits, presents an optimization method for airborne anchor drill bits based on ABAQUS. By analyzing the mechanism of rotating impact rock breaking of airborne drill, the change rule of impact speed and depth of drill bit is obtained, the structure of drill bit is improved by using topological optimization method, and a three-dimensional simulation model is built with the common three-wing drill bit as an example, and the drilling process of the drill bit is analyzed by using ABAQUS software. The results show that the maximum equivalent strain and maximum equivalent stress of the optimized bit are reduced by 22.6% and 24.1%, respectively, compared with those of the unoptimized bit. The phenomenon of stress concentration in the bit is effectively improved, and the service life of the bit can be improved to a certain extent. The cross-section area of the debris outlet increased by 21.3%, and the anti-blocking ability was enhanced.
