摘要
分析煤炭自燃与煤炭温度和氧气浓度的关系,依据氧气浓度对采空区自燃“三带”进行划分,并完成光纤传感器的布设。将煤炭自燃监测系统的整体结构进行设计,通过工业环网完成数据传输,为保证温度精度对光纤测温系统进行标定,采用实验验证温度精度在1℃以内。通过对比光纤传感器的测量结果与O_(2)体积分数的测量结果,验证基于光纤传感器的煤炭自燃监测预警系统的结果是可靠的。
The relationship between coal spontaneous combustion and coal temperature and oxygen concentration is analyzed, the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion is divided in goaf according to oxygen concentration. The layout of optical fiber sensors is completed. The overall structure of the coal spontaneous combustion monitoring system is designed, and the data transmission is completed through the industrial ring network. In order to ensure the temperature accuracy, the optical fiber temperature measurement system is calibrated, and the temperature accuracy is verified to be within 1 ℃ by experiments.By comparing the measurement results of optical fiber sensor and O_(2) volume fraction, it is verified that the results of coal spontaneous combustion monitoring and early warning system based on optical fiber sensor are reliable.
