摘要
目的:探究有氧运动对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者炎性因子水平的影响。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane、Embase、Web of Science、CNKI、万方、维普等数据库中关于有氧运动对2型糖尿病患者炎性因子作用的随机对照研究(RCTs)。由两名研究者独立筛选文献并进行资料提取和质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行meta分析。结果:纳入17篇文献,共1186例患者。Meta分析结果显示,有氧运动可以显著降低T2DM患者血浆CRP[SMD=-1.23,95%CI(-1.79,-0.67),P<0.05]、TNF-α[SMD=-0.68,95%CI(-0.95,-0.42),P<0.05]、IL-6[SMD=-0.60,95%CI(-1.04,-0.16),P<0.05]、瘦素[SMD=-0.69,95%CI(-0.96,-0.30),P<0.05]水平,而对脂联素[SMD=0.09,95%CI(-0.22,0.41),P>0.05]血浆浓度无明显降低。但漏斗图左右不对称,表明所纳入研究存在一定的发表偏倚。结论:有氧运动对改善2型糖尿病患者慢性炎症状态有较好的效果。
Objective:To explore the effects of aerobic exercise on the serum levels of inflammatory factors in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:Randomized controlled studies(RCTs)about the effects of aerobic exercise on inflammatory factors in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)were retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wangfang,and VIP.Two researchers independently screened the literature for data extraction and quality assessment.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results:A total of 17 studies were included involving 1186 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that aerobic exercise significantly reduced the plasma levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,and leptin in T2DM patients,but it did not significantly reduce the plasma concentration of adiponectin.However,the funnel plot showed publication bias in the included studies.Conclusion:It shows that aerobic exercise has a good effect on the improvement of chronic inflammatory state in patients with T2DM.
