摘要
目的探究协同护理联合持续健康宣教应用于剖宫产术后对产妇自我管理及生活质量的影响。方法共纳入110例剖宫产产妇参与,研究对象选取时间为2020年1月至2021年5月,以随机数字表法将其分为参照组与干预组(各55例),前者行常规护理,后者行协同护理联合持续健康宣教。对比两组产妇自我管理能力、生活质量、母乳喂养情况以及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者的自我管理能力各维度评分、生活质量各维度评分相似(P>0.05);干预后,较参照组相比,干预组健康知识掌握、饮食管理、情绪管理、自我管理责任感等自我管理能力维度评分更高(P<0.05),干预组健康意识、躯体功能、精神健康、角色功能、社会功能等生活质量维度评分更高(P<0.05)。较参照组相比,干预组全部母乳喂养率更高,护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论协同护理联合持续健康宣教应用于剖宫产术后可提高患者的自我管理能力,提高母乳喂养概率,改善生活质量,使产妇更满意护理服务。
Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing combined with continuous health education on the self-management and quality of life of puerpera after cesarean section.Methods A total of 110 cases of cesarean section women were enrolled.The study subjects were selected from January 2020 to May 2021.They were divided into a reference group and an intervention group(55 cases in each)by a random number table.The former received routine care,the latter conducts collaborative nursing and continuous health education.The self-management ability,quality of life,breastfeeding status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,the two groups of patients had similar scores in each dimension of self-management ability and quality of life(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with the reference group,the intervention group had health knowledge mastery,diet management,emotional management,and self-management responsibility the scores of other self-management ability dimensions were higher(P<0.05),and the intervention group had higher scores of quality of life dimensions such as health awareness,physical function,mental health,role function,and social function(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the intervention group had a higher breastfeeding rate and higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative nursing combined with continuous health education after cesarean section can improve patients'self-management ability,increase breastfeeding probability,improve quality of life,and make women more satisfied with nursing services.
