摘要
系留电缆作为新型无人机和低空飞行器的组成部分,其作用越来越重要。但是,系留电缆在耐温、强度、质量和体积等方面的性能已不能满足无人机工业发展的需求。因此,在原有产品的基础上,本工作采用独特的散热结构设计理念,使用耐高温的镀镍铜箔丝材料,同时采用特殊的铠装、绝缘制造及编织工艺,研制了一种新型系留电缆。经过实际使用和验证,结果表明:该系留电缆的抗拉强度和耐温性能得到了提高。另外,电缆的整体外径和质量也大大减小,这提高了系留电缆的有效长度和使用时效,从而增加了无人机的工作高度和使用寿命。
As a part for the new types of unmanned aerial vehicles and low-altitude aircraft,the tethered cable is more and more important.But the property of temperature,strength,weight and volume could no longer meet the needs of industry development.So a new tethered cable was designed,developed and manufactured on the original basis,by adopting a unique design concept of heat dissipation structure,using Ni plated copper foil wire materials and while using special armoring,insulation manufacturing and weaving processes.After actual verification and use,it was showed that the tensile and temperature resistance of cable products have been greatly improved.In addition,the overall outer diameter and weight of the cable have been greatly reduced,which greatly improved the effective length and use timeliness of the tethered cable,thereby increasing the working height and duration of the drone.
