摘要
目的研究度洛西汀联合舍曲林对老年抑郁症的治疗有效性及安全性。方法120例老年抑郁症患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组,每组60例。对照组给予舍曲林进行治疗,实验组在舍曲林基础上增加度洛西汀进行联合治疗。对比两组患者的各项临床评分(包括睡眠障碍、体质量、焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍及阻滞),不良反应发生情况,临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的睡眠障碍、体质量、焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍、阻滞评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的睡眠障碍、体质量、焦虑/躯体化、认知障碍、阻滞评分分别为(0.86±0.39)、(0.36±0.12)、(0.71±0.34)、(0.68±0.26)、(0.78±0.31)分,低于对照组的(1.23±0.41)、(0.67±0.37)、(0.96±0.57)、(0.96±0.74)、(1.07±0.85)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的临床治疗总有效率98.33%高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论度洛西汀联合舍曲林对老年抑郁症的治疗有效性及安全性较高。因此,可将度洛西汀、舍曲林推广至老年抑郁症患者的临床治疗中,促使其临床治疗效果显著提升。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of duloxetine combined with sertraline in the treatment of depression in the elderly.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with depression were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline,and the experimental group was treated with duloxetine combined with sertraline.The clinical scores(including sleep disorders,body mass,anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment and block),occurrence of adverse reactions,and clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep disorders,body mass,anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment and block scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep disorders,body mass,anxiety/somatization,cognitive impairment and block in the experimental group were(0.86±0.39),(0.36±0.12),(0.71±0.34),(0.68±0.26),and(0.78±0.31)points,which were lower than(1.23±0.41),(0.67±0.37),(0.96±0.57),(0.96±0.74),and(1.07±0.85)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.33% in the experimental group was lower than 15.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment 98.33% in the experimental group was higher than 86.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duloxetine combined with sertraline are effective and safe in the treatment of depression in the elderly.Therefore,duloxetine and sertraline can be extended to the clinical treatment of elderly patients with depression,which can promote the clinical therapeutic effect significantly.
