摘要
直立锁边屋面是基于直立锁边设计的特殊板型的金属屋面系统,具有轻质、易加工、耐腐蚀、经济、低碳环保、适用屋面形状多样等诸多优点,其中,铝镁锰板金属屋面系统已成为机场、火车站、大型体育馆等大型异形建筑屋面系统的一大趋势。结合某工程实例,对铝镁锰板金属屋面系统的造型精度控制、屋面防水措施、降噪措施、抗风性能等技术难点及施工关键控制点进行了全面优化,可为以后采用类似屋面系统的工程提供一些施工方法借鉴。
The vertical locking edge roof is a special plate type metal roof system based on the vertical locking edge design.It has many advantages,such as light weight,easy processing,corrosion resistance,economic,low carbon and environmental protection,and is suitable for a variety of roof shapes.Among them,the aluminum magnesium manganese plate metal roof system has become a major trend in the roof system of large-scale special-shaped buildings such as airports,railway stations,large stadiums.Combined with a project case,the technical difficulties and key construction control points of aluminum magnesium manganese sheet metal roof system,such as modeling accuracy control,roof waterproof measures,noise reduction measures,wind resistance performance,are comprehensively optimized,which can provide certain reference of construction methods for future projects using similar roof systems.
