摘要
山东省德州市近年来肉羊产业发展迅速,得益于以山东双聚有限公司为龙头,形成的种植、养殖、合作社放养、饲料配方研究、生产、屠宰、销售为一体的肉羊全产业链模式。这种模式的组织架构主要由五个密切相关企业组成,分工明确、各司其职,分别对肉羊产业链的各个环节进行严格的把控,基本上解决了养殖技术、管理等方面较为粗糙,用地困难、粪污处理,以及肉羊疫病传播的风险等问题。这种模式不仅适应了当前生产力发展的要求,而且降低了养殖户的风险。在德州市的成功成为必然,必将给整个肉羊全产业链发展带来全新的启示。这种模式,既响应了国家乡村振兴战略,促进了农村经济发展,又保障了畜牧产品质量安全,满足人民对肉品的美好需求,值得借鉴和推广。
In recent years,the mutton sheep industry in Dezhou City of Shandong Province had developed rapidly,and the whole industry chain mode of mutton sheep led by Shandong Shuangju Co.,Ltd,and planting,breeding,cooperative stocking,feed formula research,production,slaughtering and sales were integrated.The organizational structure of this model was mainly composed of five closely related enterprises.The division of labor was clear and the functions were carried out.Each links of the mutton sheep industry chain was strictly controlled,and the problems of rough farming technology and management,difficult land use,fecal sewage treatment,and the risk of mutton sheep epidemic transmission were basically solved.This model not only met the requirements of current productivity development,but also reduced the risks of farmers.The success in Dezhou was inevitable,andit would bring new enlightenment to the development of the whole mutton sheep industry chain.This model responded to the national rural revitalization strategy,and rural economic development was promoted,and the quality and safety of animal husbandry products was ensured,and the people's good demand for meat was met,and it was worth learning and promotion.
