摘要
螺旋槽磨削是整体硬质合金钻头制造过程中的关键工艺,磨削过程中砂轮的几何形状和位姿决定了螺旋槽的槽型轮廓。提出了一种采用标准砂轮在五轴数控磨床上磨削螺旋槽的加工方法,采用基于包络理论建立的螺旋槽数学模型,利用解析几何建立非线性方程,求解标准砂轮安装角度和位姿参数。根据砂轮位姿参数,通过后置处理得到适用于五轴数控磨削加工的NC代码,并通过磨削仿真实验并测量仿真数据验证了该方法的可行性和准确性。
Spiral groove grinding is a key process in manufacturing process of solid carbide drills.The geometry and position of grinding wheel in the grinding process determine the spiral groove profile.A method of grinding spiral groove with standard grinding wheel on five-axis CNC grinder is proposed.A mathematical model of spiral groove is established based on the envelope theory, and then a nonlinear equation is established by analytic geometry to solve the installation angle and position parameters of standard grinding wheel.Based on the grinding wheel pose parameters, the NC code suitable for 5-axis NC grinding is obtained by post-processing.The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified by grinding simulation experiments and measuring simulation data.
