塑钢纤维增韧轻骨料混凝土空心柱抗震性能试验研究

Experimental Study on Seismic Performance of Plastic Steel Fiber Reinforced Lightweight Aggregate Concrete Hollow Columns

摘要 以体积配箍率(0.67%、1.26%、2.01%)、剪跨比(2.8、3.6、4.4)及空心情况(实心、部分空心、全高空心)为变量,设计了6根塑钢纤维增韧轻骨料混凝土空心柱和1根塑钢纤维增韧轻骨料混凝土实心柱,对其施加低周往复荷载,得到滞回曲线、骨架曲线、累积耗能曲线及刚度退化曲线.对比分析可知,空心柱破坏模式分为剪切型破坏、弯剪型破坏及弯曲型破坏,其中剪跨比为2.8的试件为剪切型破坏,剪跨比为4.4及体积配箍率为1.26%、2.01%的试件为弯曲型破坏,其余试件为弯剪型破坏.相比较于体积配箍率为0.67%的试件,体积配箍率为1.26%、2.01%的试件位移延性系数增幅分别为12.8%与47.9%,相比较于剪跨比为2.8的试件,剪跨比为3.6、4.4的试件位移延性系数增幅分别为51.1%与53.1%,说明体积配箍率及剪跨比对空心柱延性影响较大.对比空心柱累积耗能及刚度退化可知,随着体积配箍率及剪跨比增加,空心柱耗能能力增强,刚度退化速度变小,空心情况对试件抗震性能影响相对较小. Taking volume stirrup ratio(0.67%,1.26%,2.01%),shear span ratio(2.8,3.6,4.4)and hollow section condition(solid,partial hollow,whole height hollow)as variables,6 plastic-steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete hollow columns and 1 plastic-steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete solid columns were designed.The low reversed cyclic loading was applied to them to obtain the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,cumulative energy consumption curve and stiffness degradation curve.The comparative analysis shows that the failure modes of hollow columns can be divided into shear failure,bending shear failure and bending failure.The specimen with shear span ratio of 2.8 was shear failure,the specimen with shear span ratio of 4.4 and a volume stirrup ratio of 1.26%and 2.01%were bending failure,and the rest were bending shear failure.Compared with the specimen with 0.67%volume stirrup ratio,the displacement ductility coefficients of the specimens with 1.26%and 2.01%volume stirrup ratio increased by 12.8%and 47.9%respectively.Compared with the specimen with 2.8 shear span ratio,the displacement ductility coefficients of the specimens with 3.6 and 4.4 shear span ratios increased by 51.1%and 53.1%respectively.It indicates that the volume stirrup ratio and shear span ratio have a great influence on the ductility of hollow columns.Comparing the cumulative energy consumption and stiffness degradation of hollow columns,it can be seen that with the increase of volume stirrup ratio and shear span ratio,the energy dissipation capacity of hollow columns increases,while the rate of stiffness degradation decreases,and the hollow condition has relatively little influence on the seismic performance of the specimens.
