摘要 基于气体超声流量计在标准参比条件下的天然气体积流量计算公式和超声流量计的测量原理,分析了计量仪表、计量工艺参数、气体组分等因素对天然气测量结果的影响,结合某油气田实际运行情况讨论了引起气体超声流量计量系统偏差原因和解决对策。 Based on the calculation formula of volume flow rate of natural gas measured by ultrasonic gas flowmeter under standard reference conditions and the measurement principle of ultrasonic flowmeter, the effects of metering instruments, metering process parameters(pressure, temperature), gas composition and other factors on natural gas metering results are analyzed. Combined with the actual operation of an oil and gas field, the causes of the deviation of the ultrasonic gas flow-rate measurement system and the countermeasures are discussed.
