摘要
为满足飞行器发射分离要求,设计一种新型三向承载型飞行器锁紧释放装置。以平行四边形机构为基体,通过锁紧螺栓实现飞行器锁紧释放,利用Creo完成装置三维建模,在极端载荷工况下对装置开展强度和刚度分析,完成锁紧释放装置样机生产并进行性能测试。研究结果表明:该装置设计合理,工作可靠。
In order to satisfy the launch separation requirements,a new three-way bearing type locking-releasing device for aircraft is designed.With the new device based on parallelogram mechanism,the locking and releasing of aircraft is realized by locking bolts.The 3D model of the device is completed by Creo,and its strength and stiffness are analysed under extreme load conditions.The prototype of the device is produced with its performance being tested.The reserch results show that the device is reasonable in design and reliable in operation.
