摘要
为解决从IT资源到上层业务系统之间各级告警的关联,快速准确定位故障,本文通过对电信运营商数亿用户级系统平台告警研究,创新性采用基于对象节点树的频繁项集告警压缩算法,实现原始告警96%的告警压缩率,支持故障快速根因分析,系统故障处理时间缩短了25%。对相关监控技术研究人员和IT系统运维人员提升IT系统监控运维工作质量,具有积极的借鉴意义。
In order to solve the correlation and compression of alarms at all levels from it resources to the upper business system,and locate faults quickly and accurately,through the research on the alarms of hundreds of millions of telecom user level system platform,we innovatively adopt the frequent itemset alarm compression algorithm based on the object node tree to achieve 96%of the original alarm compression rate,and support the rapid root cause analysis of faults,the system fault handling time is reduced by 25%.It has positive reference signifi cance for relevant monitoring technology researchers and it system operation and maintenance personnel to improve the quality of various IT system monitoring and operation and maintenance work.
