摘要
目的分析野生型SARS-CoV-2(2019新型冠状肺炎病毒)感染康复者血清中SARS-CoV-2 Omicron变异株BA.1.1.529、BA.2和BA.3的中和抗体滴度。方法以8名已从SARS-CoV-2新冠肺炎中恢复的康复者血清为研究对象,采用ELISA方法检测野生型SARS-CoV-2感染康复者血清中SARS-CoV-2 Omicron变异株BA.1.1.529、BA.2和BA.3的中和抗体滴度,并将其与野生株SARS-CoV-2的中和抗体滴度进行对比分析。结果在野生型SARS-CoV-2感染康复者血清中,SARSCoV-2 Omicron变异株BA.1.1.529中和抗体滴度显著低于野生株SARS-CoV-2中和抗体滴度(P<0.001),而SARS-CoV-2 Omicron的BA.1.1.529、BA.2和BA.33个亚系之间的中和抗体滴度无差异。结论野生型SARS-CoV-2感染康复者血清中SARS-CoV-2 Omicron变异株BA.1.1.529、BA.2和BA.3的中和抗体滴度均较少。提示感染野生株SARS-CoV-2患者康复后可能对Omicron变异株各亚型不能产生有效的抗体应答。
The study was designed to analyze the neutralization titer of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants BA.1.1.529,BA.2 and BA.3 in original SARS-CoV-2 convalescent patients’serum.Eight serum samples from original SARS-CoV-2 convalescent patients were introduced in this study.ELISA was used to detect the titers of neutralizing antibody of SARS-CoV-2 OmicronBA.1.1.529,BA.2and BA.3 in original SARS-CoV-2 convalescent patients.Data showed that the titers of neutralizing antibody to SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.1.1.529 was lower than that of neutralizing antibody to SARS-CoV-2 in SARS-CoV-2 convalescent serum,and there was no significant difference about neutralizing titer among the three sublineages of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants.In conclusion,the neutralizing antibody titer of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron BA.1.1.529,BA.2 and BA.3 are lower in SARS-CoV-2 convalescent serum,suggesting that original SARS-CoV-2 convalescent patients may not efficient responses to sublineages of Omicron variant.
