摘要
系统科学地推进高等教育中外合作办学是我国教育对外开放的重要任务。进入新时代以来,国家对高等教育中外合作办学过程中的类型结构、国内区域结构、国际布局结构、学科专业结构和层次结构进行了优化调整,取得了显著成效。当然,我国高等教育中外合作办学结构的可持续发展存在机制运行不畅、规模与质量矛盾突出、学科专业结构贡献度低、层次结构中师资建设成效不显著、布局结构统筹不合理等问题,仍有待系统持续优化,进而提出高等教育中外合作办学高质量发展的展望。
It has been a significant task to improve the China-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools systematically and scientifically in higher education, in opening China’s education section to the world. In the new era, China has optimized China-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in higher education and achieved remarkable effect, in the structure combined with the category structure, the domestic region structure, the international layout structure, the discipline and major structure, and the level structure. However, it still restricts the sustainable development of the structure of China-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in higher education with the imperfect mechanism, the prominent contradiction between the scale and quality, the low contribution to the structure of discipline and major, the difficult construction of the teaching staff, and the improper overall layout. And the continuous optimization is necessary.
