日照岚山近岸海域春季浮游生物群落特征及环境驱动 被引量:1

Characterization of spring plankton community structure in the coastal area of Rizhao Lanshan and its environment-driving force

摘要 为了解日照岚山近岸海域浮游生物群落结构特征及其环境驱动,2016年5月在该海域开展了涵盖水环境、浮游植物、浮游动物的综合调查。结果发现:日照岚山海域环境因子呈现出明显的空间异质性,绣针河口区域呈现出低盐高营养盐的环境特征,绣针河径流输入是影响该区域环境因子空间分布的主要因素。调查发现浮游植物28种,以硅藻为主,丰度占比为97.5%,甲藻占2.5%,浮游植物丰度范围4.5×10^(7)~2.1×10^(8) cells/m^(3),均值为1.1×10^(8) cells/m^(3),高值区位于绣针河口区域。发现浮游动物20种,其中桡足类10种,丰度占比56.2%,其次是浮游幼虫6种,丰度占比31.9%,水螅水母类2种,丰度占比6.0%,毛颚动物1种,丰度占比5.9%,端足类1种,丰度占比0.02%,浮游动物丰度范围98~1.1×10^(4) ind./m^(3),均值为1.3×10^(3) ind./m^(3)。溶解氧、盐度、pH、铵盐、溶解态无机磷为影响浮游生物群落结构的主要因素,浮游植物总丰度与浮游动物总丰度呈明显正相关性。绣针河口区域浮游植物和浮游动物群落结构均明显异于其他区域,绣针河径流造成的低盐和高营养盐环境促进了浮游植物的生长,并间接导致浮游动物生物量的增加。 To characterize plankton community structure and its environment-driving force in the coastal area of Rizhao Lanshan,we carried out a comprehensive survey on environmental factors,phytoplankton and zooplankton in May 2016.The results showed that obviously spatial distribution difference in environmental factors was observed,and the Xiuzhen River estuary area was characterized by low salinity and high nutrients concentration.The runoff input of Xiuzhen River was the main factor influencing the spatial distribution of environmental factors.There were 28 species of phytoplankton,most of them were diatoms(97.5%of the total abundance)and dinoflagellates(2.5%).The abundance of phytoplankton ranged from 4.5×10^(7) cells/m^(3) to 2.1×10^(8) cells/m^(3) with an average of 1.1×10^(8) cells/m^(3),and the high value was located in the estuary area of Xiuzhu River.Twenty different zooplankton taxa were found,which included 10 species of copepods(56.2%).The copepods were followed by zooplankton larvae(31.9%),hydromedusas(6.0%),chaetognatha(5.9%)and amphipods(0.02%).Zooplankton abundance ranged from 98 ind./m^(3) to 1.1×10^(4) ind./m^(3) with an average of 1.3×10^(3) ind./m^(3).DO,salinity,pH,NH_(4)-N and DIP were the key factors influencing phytoplankton community structures,and a positive relationship between phytoplankton abundance and zooplankton abundance was observed.The community structure of both phytoplankton and zooplankton in the area of Xiuzhen River estuary were significantly different from those in the rest areas.The environmental character of low salinity and high nutrients caused by the runoff input of the Xiuzhen River increased the phytoplankton abundance,and further promoted the growth of zooplankton via cascade effects.
