摘要
以2017年11月(秋季)和2018年4月(春季)对海陵湾开展的海洋生态环境调查数据为基础,对无机氮(DIN)和活性磷酸盐(DIP)等营养盐的空间分布特征进行了研究,采用单因子指数法和富营养化指数法(EI)评价了海域的营养盐污染和富营养化状况,分析了营养盐结构,并探讨了营养盐与环境因子之间的关系。结果表明:(1)海陵湾秋季DIN、DIP的浓度范围在0.28~0.84、0.013~0.044 mg/L之间,呈湾顶高、湾口低的分布趋势;DIN、DIP超过第二类海水水质标准和海水呈富营养化的站位比例分别为76.67%、46.67%和73.33%,相对集中在溪头渔港与北汀湾连线以北海域;N/P的范围在22.4~58.1之间。(2)春季DIN、DIP的浓度范围在0.06~0.29、0.009~0.033 mg/L之间,呈海湾中部高、湾顶和湾口较低的分布趋势;DIN、DIP超标和富营养化站位比例分别为0%、10.00%和23.33%,相对集中在丰头岛邻近海域和那达河河口区域;N/P的范围在在8.1~54.3之间。海陵湾秋季营养盐污染和富营养化程度较春季严重,两个季节均在局部海域出现DIN相对过剩而DIP不足,表现为局部磷限制,营养盐与众多环境因子之间均呈现出显著相关性,其时空分布受多种因素的综合影响。
Based on data from the investigation on the marine ecological environment in Hailing bay in Nov.2017 and Apr.2018,the space distribution of dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN) and active phosphate(DIP) were studied.Nutrient pollution and eutrophication in this maritime space were evaluated with single factor index and eutrophication index.The nutrient structure was also analyzed,and the relationship between nutrients and environmental factors was discussed.According to the results,the DIN and DIP concentrations in Hailing bay in autumn were in 0.28~0.84 mg/L and 0.013~0.044 mg/L,respectively.Their concentrations gradually declined from bay head to bay mouth.The proportions of stations with DIN and DIP concentrations above the second category of sea water quality standard and up to the standards for water eutrophication were 76.67%,46.67% and 73.33% respectively,and relatively concentrated in the water north of the Xitou fishing harbor-Beiting bay line;N/P ranged 22.4~58.1.In spring,the DIN and DIP concentrations ranged 0.06~0.29 mg/L and 0.009~0.033 mg/L respectively,and their concentrations gradually declined from central bay to bay head and bay mouth.The proportions of stations with DIN and DIP out of limits and up to the standards for water eutrophication were 0%,10.00% and 23.33%,relatively concentrated in waters near Fengtou island and the estuary of Nada river;N/P ranged 8.1~54.3.Nutrient pollution and eutrophication in Hailing bay were more serious in autumn than in spring.In both seasons,the local DIN relative surplus and DIP deficiency were observed,which showed local phosphorus limitation.Nutrients were significantly related to many environmental factors.Their spatial and temporal distribution was subject to the combined effect of multiple factors.
