摘要 为研究饲粮中添加木质纤维素复合酶(CE)和包被木质纤维素复合酶(CCE)对荷斯坦奶牛生产性能和瘤胃发酵的影响。选用36头荷斯坦奶牛,按随机区组设计分为对照组、CE组、CCE组和MCE组,分别饲喂基础饲粮、基础饲粮+CE 15 g/d、基础饲粮+CCE 15 g CE/d、基础饲粮+CE 7.5 g/d+CCE 7.5 g CE/d。结果显示:鲜乳产量、乳脂校正乳产量、乳脂和乳真蛋白质产量,CE组与MCE组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);MCE组饲料效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率,CE、CCE组和MCE组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);CE组与MCE组瘤胃液总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);CE组与MCE组乙酸/丙酸值显著低于对照组和CCE组(P<0.05);CE、CCE组和MCE组氨态氮浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加CE能提高荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性能,促进瘤胃发酵和养分消化;CE的最佳添加方式是包被与不包被等比例混合。 This study investigated the effects of cellulolytic enzymes mixture supplementation(CE)and coated cellulolytic enzymes mixture(CCE)supplementation on production performance and ruminal fer⁃mentation in Chinese Holstein dairy cows.Thirty-six Chinese Holstein dairy cows were assigned with a randomized block design into four treatments:control(basic diet),CE(basic diet+CE 15 g/d),CCE(basic diet+CCE 15 g CE/d)and MCE(basic diet+CE 7.5 g/d+CCE 7.5 g CE/d).The results showed that the yields of fresh milk,fat corrected milk,milk fat and milk true protein were higher in CE and MCE than those in control(P<0.05).Feed efficiency was greater for MCE than that for the control(P<0.05).Dietary CE,CCE or MCE supplementation increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter,organic matter,crude protein,ether extract,neutral detergent fibre and acid detergent fibre(P<0.05).The total volatile fatty acids concentration was greater for CE and MCE than that for the control(P<0.05).Comparing with the control and CCE,cows in the CE and MCE had lower acetate to propionate ratio(P<0.05).Ruminal ammonia N content was lower in CE,CCE and MCE than that in the control(P<0.05).The data indicat⁃ed that dietary CE supplementation improved lactation performance,ruminal fermentation and nutrient di⁃gestion,and the optimum supplementation mode was the mixture of CE and CCE in equal proportion.
