复合益生菌制剂对叠层笼养白羽肉鸡生长性能、血液指标、粪便中有害气体排放量以及菌群数量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中应用不同水平的复合益生菌制剂对叠层笼养白羽肉鸡生长性能、血液指标、粪便中有害气体排放量以及菌群数量的影响。选取体重相近、健康的1日龄白羽肉鸡480只(公母各半),采用完全随机试验设计,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。各处理组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.1%、0.2%和0.4%水平的复合益生菌制剂(干酪乳杆菌:酿酒酵母=1:1),试验期42 d。结果表明:饲粮中添加复合益生菌制剂对叠层笼养白羽肉鸡线性增加22~42日龄的平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)和1~42日龄的ADG(P<0.05),且添加量为0.4%水平时ADG和ADFI最高;对血清中新城疫病毒抗体效价和H9亚型禽流感病毒抗体效价具有正线性影响,对血清中白蛋白(ALB)和总蛋白(TP)含量具有正线性和正二次曲线效应(线性,P<0.01;二次型,P<0.01),对球蛋白(GLOB)含量有正线性影响(P<0.05),对葡萄糖(GLU)含量存在负线性影响(P<0.05),且添加量为0.4%水平时血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和TP含量最高,GLU含量最低;对粪便中氨气(NH3)和硫化氢(H2S)排放量,以及大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌含量具有负线性和负二次曲线效应(线性,P<0.01;二次型,P<0.01),对乳酸菌含量具有正线性和正二次曲线效应(线性,P<0.01;二次型,P<0.05),且添加量为0.4%水平时效果最佳。综上所述,当添加0.4%水平的复合益生菌制剂时可有效改善叠层笼养白羽肉鸡生长性能、血清抗体水平以及降低粪便中有害气体排放量和有害菌数量,增加有益菌数量。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of compound probiot⁃ics in diets on growth performance,blood indices,fecal harmful gas emission and microflora quantity of white-feathered broiler chickens reared in stacked cages.A total of 480 one-day-old healthy white-feath⁃ered broiler chickens with similar body weight(half male and half female)were randomly divided into four treatment groups with six replicates per group and 20 broiler chickens per replicate in a completely random⁃ized trial design.Each treatment group was supplemented with 0,0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%compound probiot⁃ics in basal diet,respectively,and the experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as followings:di⁃etary compound probiotics supplementation increased the ADG and ADFI in the 22-42 days of age and ADFI in the 1-42 days of age linearly(P<0.05),and the ADG and ADFI were the highest when the supplemental level was 0.4%.It had positive linear effect on the serum titer of Newcastle disease virus antibody and H9 subtype avian influenza virus anti⁃body,and had positive linear and positive quadrat⁃ic effect on serum ALB and TP contents(linear,P<0.01;quadratic type,P<0.01),had a positive linear effect on GLOB content(P<0.05),had a negative linear effect on GLU content(P<0.05),and the serum ALB and TP contents were the highest and GLU content was the lowest when the supplemental level was 0.4%.There were negative linear and negative quadratic ef⁃fects on fecal NH3 and H2S emissions,as well as Escherichia coli and Salmonella contents(linear,P<0.01;quadratic type,P<0.01),had positive linear and positive quadratic effects on the content of Lactic acid bac⁃teria(linear,P<0.01;quadratic type,P<0.05),and the best effect was obtained when the supplemental lev⁃el was 0.4%.In conclusion,the addition of 0.4%compound probiotics could effectively improve the growth performance and serum antibody level of stacked cage white broiler chickens,reduce the amount of harm⁃ful gases and harmful bacteria in feces,
