摘要
为了提高货车中梁枕梁下盖板组成和心盘组装作业的工作质量和工作效率,设计了一种辅助人工作业的随形工装。该随形工装对中组件与后从板座端面靠紧实现在中梁长度方向定位,对中组件顶紧块伸出实现在中梁宽度方向定位,随形工装定位后,利用随形工装本身的二次定位,组装枕梁下盖板组成和心盘,进而完成枕梁下盖板组成和心盘的快速、准确定位,同时该随形工装具有通用性。目前,该随形工装已投入实践中,使用性能良好,符合生产需求。
In order to improve the work quality and efficiency of the composition of the lower cover plate of the sleeper beam and the assembly of the center plate of van center sill,a conformal tooling for auxiliary manual operation is designed.The centering assembly of the conformal tooling is close to the rear from the end face of the plate base,and is positioned in the length direction of the center sill.The top tightening block of the centering assembly extends to realize the positioning in the width direction of the center sill.After the positioning of the conformal tooling,the composition of the lower cover plate of the sleeper beam and the center plate are assembled by using the secondary positioning of the conformal tooling itself,so as to complete the rapid and accurate positioning of the composition of the lower cover plate of the sleeper beam and the center plate,At the same time,the conformal tooling is universal.At present,the conformal tooling has been put into practice with good performance and meets the production demand.
