摘要 为研究火力发电厂阀门关闭不严等技术问题,阐释产生该类技术问题的内部原因。通过约束理论模型,针对阀门组件中造成技术问题的主要部件之一的保护套进行优化设计,从而能够全面系统地解决技术问题。以火力发电过程中工作环境最为恶劣的明杆式手动阀为例,逐层分析和挖掘产生技术问题的主要原因,系统地评估了各类解决方案后,提出一种新的阀门设计技术方案,能够很好地解决因锈蚀引起的阀门关闭不严等技术问题,且方便平时针对阀门的巡检,进而提高了整个阀门系统运行的可靠性。 In order to study technical problems such as loose valve closing in thermal power plants,the internal reasons for such technical problems are explained.Through the constraint theory model,the protective sleeve is optimized for one of the main components of the valve assembly that causes technical problems,so that the technical problems can be solved comprehensively and systematically.Taking the rising stem manual valve under the worst working environment in the process of thermal power generation as an example,the main reasons for technical problems are analyzed and excavated.After various solutions are systematically evaluated,a new valve design technical solution is proposed.It can solve the technical problems such as loose valve closing caused by corrosion,and facilitate the routine inspection of the valve,thereby improving the reliability of the entire valve system.
