摘要
在国土空间规划体系建立的背景下,探索青岛市生态空间格局优化方法与路径。从三个层次构建生态空间格局优化分析框架:在全面探讨生态空间内涵的基础上,分析青岛市生态空间的演变规律;应用生态安全格局理论方法,研究生态功能强度分布和生态廊道,初步形成生态基底;衔接目前开展资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价结果,明确生态空间的核心管控区域。基于生态空间演变特征,以生态安全格局为基底,以生态保护极重要区、重要区为核心管控区域,构建“一湾两翼,三山一原,一轴多廊”的生态空间格局,保障全市生态安全与可持续发展,支撑国土空间总体规划编制。
Against the background of the establishment of the territorial spatial planning system,this study is to explore methods and paths for optimizing the ecological spatial pattern of Qingdao.An optimization analysis framework of ecological space pattern is constructed on three levels:analyzing the evolution characteristics of ecological space in Qingdao on a comprehensive discussion of the connotation of ecological space;applying the ecological security pattern theory to study the distribution of ecological function intensity and ecological corridors and form the initial ecological base;linking up with the current evaluation results of the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the suitability of land space development to clarify the core control area of ecological space.Based on the characteristics of ecological space evolution and the pattern of ecological security,and taking the most important areas and important areas of ecological protection as the core control areas,an ecological space pattern of“one bay and two wings,three mountains and one plain,one axis and multiple corridors”is constructed to ensure the city′s ecological security and sustainable development,and to support the compilation of overall territorial spatial planning.
