摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)基因-174G>C、-572G>C和-597G>A基因多态性与冠心病发病的关系。方法收集2013年1月—2014年11月冠心病病人275例,同期健康对照者296名。采用限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应(PCR-RFLP)方法检测IL-6-174G>C、-572G>C和-597G>A多态性位点的基因型。结果非条件Logistic回归分析发现,与GG基因型相比,IL-6-572G>C的GC和C C基因型与冠心病的发病风险相关,校正OR(95%CI)分别为1.63(1.12,2.38)和2.70(1.57,4.67)。此外,IL-6-572G>C的C等位基因与G等位基因相比发生冠心病的风险更高。但未发现IL-6-174G>C和-597G>A基因多态性与冠心病易感性有关。结论IL-6-572G>C基因多态性与冠心病发病风险相关。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between IL-6-174G>C,-572G>C,and-597G>A polymorphisms and coronary artery diseases.Methods A total of 275 patients with coronary artery disease and 296 healthy control subjects were collected between January 2013 and November 2014.The interleukin-6(IL-6)genotyping for-174G>C,-572G>C,and-597G>A polymorphic sites was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results The results of unconditional regression analysis showed that compared with the GG genotype,the GC and CC genotypes of IL-6-572G>C were associated with the risk of coronary artery disease,and the adjusted OR(95%CI)were 1.63(1.12,2.38)and 2.70(1.57,4.67),respectively.Additionally,the C allele of IL-6-572G>C was correlated with a higher risk of coronary artery disease in comparison to the G allele.However,no relationship was found between IL-6-174G>C and-597G>A polymorphisms and coronary artery disease susceptibility.Conclusion This study suggests that IL-6-572G>C polymorphism is correlated with the risk of coronary artery disease.
