摘要
为探寻蚓粪及贻贝壳新型资源化利用途径,并有效防控农田重金属污染,以蚓粪(V)为基体材料,复配贻贝壳粉(S)与贻贝壳改性物(SC)后制成蚓粪基复合阻控剂,并将其施用于种植苋菜的Cd污染土壤,研究蚓粪及其复合阻控剂对苋菜生长、Cd含量、土壤中Cd有效性变化及土壤中Cd形态分级的影响。结果表明,蚓粪及其复合阻控剂施用均可促进苋菜生长并降低其可食部位及根系Cd含量,且蚓粪基复合阻控剂施用处理效果优于纯蚓粪;蚓粪及其复合阻控剂施用可降低土壤有效态Cd含量及其生物有效性系数,且10%添加水平下蚓粪基复合阻控剂处理效果较好;但蚓粪及其复合阻控剂施用下Cd形态差异变化不明显。
In order to explore a new resource utilization way of vermicompost and mussel shell and effectively control heavy metal pollution in farmland,using pure vermicompost(V)as matrix material,the vermicompost-based composite inhibitor was prepared by adding pure mussel shell powder(S)and modified shell powder(SC).Then the vermicompost-based composite inhibitor was applied to the Cd contaminated soil planted with amaranth,aiming to study the effects of V and its composite inhibitors on the plant growth and Cd content in amaranth as well as Cd transformation in soils.The results showed that the application of V and its composite inhibitors could promote the growth of amaranth and reduce the Cd content in its edible parts and roots,with much better effects being found after the application of vermicompost based composite inhibitors.Both V and its composite inhibitors could reduce the content of available Cd in soil and its bioavailability coefficient,and the vermicompost based composite inhibitor at the level of 10% had much better reduction effects,but no obvious changes were found for Cd speciation after V and its composite inhibitors application.
