摘要
为研究不同非织造材料及试样结构设计的防渗漏功能,探讨卫生巾透气性与防渗漏功能之间的平衡,选用了不同性能的非织造材料设计了12种不同结构组成的卫生巾试样。测试了试样的防渗漏功能与透气性能,结果显示1~3层拒血液纺熔非织造材料都不能满足试样对防渗漏功能的要求,利用拒血液纺熔非织造材料与吸收层结合可以满足试样的防渗漏功能要求。添加一层吸收层对试样透气性的影响甚微,却可以明显提升试样的防渗漏功能,满足防渗漏要求的复合非织造底层透气试样可将透气性提升到8倍以上。选出了正常使用情况下能够满足试样防渗漏功能要求的透气试样设计组合。
In order to study the anti-leakage function of different nonwovens and samples structural designs,and to discuss the balance between the air permeability and anti-leakage function of sanitary napkins,twelve kinds of sanitary napkins samples are designed with different structures and different properties nonwovens.The anti-leakage function and air permeability of the samples are tested,and the results show that the anti-leakage function of the samples cannot be met by 1-3 layers of bloodrepellent spun-melt nonwovens.The combination of blood-repellent spunmelt nonwovens and absorption layer can meet the requirements of antileakage function for the samples.Adding an absorption layer has little effect on the air permeability of the samples,but the anti-leakage function of the samples can be obviously improved.The air permeability of the samples whose composite bottom layers meet the requirement of antileakage can be increased to more than eight times.The design combination of air permeability samples which can meet the requirements of antileakage function of samples under normal use is selected.
