摘要
目的:观察应用恩替卡韦联合肝爽颗粒治疗乙型肝炎E抗原(Hepatitis B E Antigen,HBeAg)阴性慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙型肝炎)患者的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将106例HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者分为对照组和观察组,两组均为53例。对照组给予恩替卡韦口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合口服肝爽颗粒治疗,两组治疗48周后,应用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法检测转化生长因子-β(Transforming Growth Factor-beta,TGF-β)、血小板衍生生长因子(Platelet Derived Growth Factor,PDGF)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平,应用化学氧化法检测肝功能指标,采用聚合酶链式反应仪检测病毒定量,采用化学发光法检测纤维化指标、应用肝纤维化无创扫描仪检测肝脏硬度值。结果:治疗后,观察组与对照组病毒定量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标、TGF-β、PDGF、IL-6水平、肝脏硬度值显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦联合肝爽颗粒治疗HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,可显著降低肝纤维化指标和TGF-β、PDGF、IL-6水平,可能与减轻肝脏的免疫炎症反应和抗氧化有关。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of entecavir plus the Ganshuang granules(肝爽颗粒)on HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B.Methods:According to the random number table method,the 106 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given orally entecavir treatment,and the observation group was treated additionally with the Ganshuang granules.After 48 weeks of treatment,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method was used to detect TGF-β,PDGF,IL-6 levels,chemical oxidation was used to detect the levels of liver function indicators.Polymerase chain reaction instrument was used to detect virus quantification,and chemiluminescence method was used to detect fibrosis indicators.The liver fibrosis non-invasive scanner was used to detect liver hardness value.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in virus quantitative between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of liver function indexes,liver fibrosis indexes,TGF-β,PDGF,IL-6,and liver stiffness values in the observation group after treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir plus the Ganshuang granules shows a significant effect on HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B.It can significantly reduce liver fibrosis indexes and TGF-β,PDGF,IL-6 levels,which may be related to liver immune inflammation reduction and anti-oxidation.
