摘要
文章通过对高尿酸血症文献的归纳分析,并结合专家经验,提出高尿酸血症病机在于中州失运、肺失宣肃、肾失气化、湿浊瘀阻,治疗应以健脾运中化湿为核心,以宣肃肺气、益肾化气、渗利水湿为协同,即以运中、宣上、渗下为治法,使中州得运、上焦得通、下焦水道得利,则湿浊之邪的出路调畅而无处停积,平素若再辅以饮食调节、规律运动及乐观心境,高尿酸血症便能得到有效控制。
Based on the analysis of the literatures of the hyperuricemia and the experience of the expert,this paper puts forward that the pathogenesis of the hyperuricemia are the dysfunction of the transformation and transportation of the spleen,the dysfunction of the dispersing effect of the lung,the kidney failure in gasification and the damp turbidity stasis.A good curative effect can be gained by fortifying the spleen and eliminating the dampness,and at the same time,the methods to disperse the lung Qi(气),invigorate the kidney Qi,and eliminate the dampness and diuresis should also be taken.In a nutshell,this kind of therapies can be summarized for coordinating the central plains,diffusing the upper energizer,and regulating the lower energizer.In this way,the functions of the patient’s central plains,upper energizer and lower energizer can be normal.Thus,the dampness in the patients’body can be excreted and the hyperuricemia will be controlled effectively if the patient can have a diet adjustment,gentle exercise and an optimistic mood.
