太阳光/TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)光催化处理垃圾渗滤液的研究

摘要 采用液相共沉淀法制备了TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)复合催化剂,在其最佳合成条件下,比较了太阳光/TiO_(2)-γ-Al 2O_(3)、太阳光/TiO_(2),UV/TiO_(2)3种工艺处理垃圾渗滤液的性能.结果表明,当Ti(SO_(4))2与Al_(2)(SO_(4))3·18H 2O摩尔配比为1∶2、聚乙二醇2000投加质量分数为1.25%、焙烧温度为650℃时,TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)的催化活性最强.当催化剂投加量与垃圾渗滤液COD质量比为1.75、反应时间为90 min、渗滤液pH为3时,太阳光/TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)对COD、NH 4+-N的去除率几乎达到最高,分别为81.97%和54.95%,处理效果明显优于太阳光/TiO_(2),甚至比UV/TiO_(2)要好.因此,太阳光/TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3)可作为UV/TiO_(2)处理垃圾渗滤液的改良技术. TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3) was prepared by liquid phase co-precipitation method.Under the optimum synthesis conditions,The performance of treating landfill leachate by sunlight/TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3),sunlight/TiO_(2) and UV/TiO_(2) processes was compared.The results show that when the molar ratio ofTi(SO_(4))_(2) to Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O is 50%,the mass fraction of PEG 2000 is 1.25%,and the calcination temperature is 650℃,TiO_(2)-γ-Al 2O_(3) has the strongest catalytic activity.When the mass ratio of catalyst to COD is 1.75,the reaction time is 90min,and the pH of leachate is 3,the removal rates of COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N by sunlight/TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3) almost reach the highest,which are 81.97%and 54.95%,respectively.The treatment effect is obviously better than sunlight/TiO_(2),even better than UV/TiO_(2).Therefore,compared with UV/TiO_(2),sunlight/TiO_(2)-γ-Al_(2)O_(3) can be regarded as an improved technology for landfill leachate treatment.
