摘要
该文分析了微波毫米波信号分析仪进行幅度校准的必要性,从信号分析仪的基本原理入手,分析了幅度测量误差的来源,介绍了使用内部和外部校准源进行衰减器、频率响应、分辨率带宽等误差进行校准的方法,最后给出了基于该校准方法实现的信号分析仪的技术指标,证明了误差来源分析及校准的有效性。
In this paper, the necessity of amplitude calibration for microwave and mil imeter wave signal analyzer is analyzed. Starting with the basic principle of signal analyzer, the source of amplitude measurement error is analyzed. The calibration methods of attenuator, frequency response, resolution bandwidth and other errors using internal and external calibration sources are introduced. Finally, the technical specifications of signal analyzer based on this calibration method are given, the validity of error source analysis and calibration is proved.
