摘要
近年来,伴随高等教育大众化的热潮,我国高等教育规模不断扩大,学生总量不断增多,高校贫困家庭学生的数量也随之增多,高校辅导员站在开展思想政治工作一线的前沿,在为帮助高校贫困家庭学生解决经济困难诸多工作的同时,也要注重“亮出”思想政治教育的“底牌”。本文在廓清高校贫困资助育人工作概念的基础上,注重发挥资助育人工作的功能,从革新观念、提升实效、完善机制这三个维度出发,力求全员、全过程、全方位的实现资助育人工作。
In recent years,with the upsurge of higher education popularization,the scale of higher education in our country continues to expand,and the total number of students continues to increase,so does the number of students from poor families in colleges and universities,college counselors stand in the front line of ideological and political work.They should lay bare the"Bottom card"of ideological and political education while helping students from poor families to solve their economic difficulties.On the basis of clearing up the concept of poverty-supporting education in colleges and universities,this paper pays attention to the function of supporting education,starting from the three dimensions of reforming the concept,improving the actual effect and perfecting the mechanism,strive to all staff,the whole process,all-round realization of the work of funding education.
