摘要
进城就业的新生代农牧民工在就业观念和就业选择上与老一辈农民工相比有显著差异,已经成为学界较为关注的话题。本文基于呼和浩特市就业的新生代农牧民工的问卷调查发现,新生代农牧民工学历层次较高,但是职业技能偏低、随迁子女入学难、居住条件差和社会保障不足等影响农牧民就业选择的限制因素。针对农牧民择业的困境,提出了加强职业技能教育、解决子女上学难、加强保障性住房建设和加强社会保障执行力度的建议。
Compared with the old generation of farmers and herdsmen,the new generation of farmers and herdsmen has significant differences in employment concepts and employment choices,which has become one of the more concerned topics in the academic circles.Based on a questionnaire survey on the new generation of farmers and herdsmen working in Hohhot City and Helinger Economic and Technological Development Zone,the paper finds that the employment characteristics of the new generation of farmers and herdsmen are mainly as follows:The choice of employment place is relatively concentrated in large and medium-sized cities and the choice of industry is relatively concentrated In the service industry.Relatively stable jobs are preferred and the channels for obtaining employment information are diversified.Factors affecting the employment choices of the new generation of farmers and herdsmen include their own lack of vocational skills,difficulty in schooling for children who have moved with them,poor living conditions and insufficient social security.Aiming at the problems related to farmers and herdsmen choosing jobs,suggestions are put forward to strengthen vocational skills education,solve the difficulty of children's going to school,improve the security level of housing construction and improve the social security system.
