TiO_(2)/沸石负载型光催化剂处理垃圾渗滤液的效能分析

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备TiO_(2)/沸石负载型光催化剂,以垃圾渗滤液为降解目标物、紫外光为光源,用制备的催化剂光催化降解垃圾渗滤液.结果表明:该催化剂在TiO_(2)负载率为45wt%、焙烧温度为450℃、催化剂与渗滤液COD质量比为0.8∶1、反应时间为80 min时,对垃圾渗滤液COD处理效果最好,COD去除率可达78.3%,出水COD为223.51 mg/L.表征结果表明,经焙烧的TiO_(2)晶型呈锐钛矿型,提高了催化剂的光催化活性;TiO_(2)负载在人造沸石表面,催化剂比表面积增大,光催化反应更充分. TiO_(2)/zeolite supported photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method.Landfill leachate was used as degradation target and ultraviolet as light source.Photocatalytic degradation of landfill leachate was carried out by using the prepared catalyst.The results show that when the TiO_(2) loading rate is 45wt%,the calcination temperature is 450℃,the mass ratio of catalyst to leachate cod is 0.8∶1 and the reaction time is 80 min,the COD removal rate of landfill leachate is 78.3%and the effluent COD is 223.51 mg/L.The characterization results show that the calcined TiO_(2) Crystal is anatase,which improves the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst.When TiO_(2) is supported on the surface of artificial zeolite,the specific surface area of the catalyst increases and the photocatalytic reaction is more sufficient.
