摘要
为研究基于薄壁钢管的装配式混凝土剪力墙结构的钢筋搭接连接性能,在考虑钢筋直径和搭接长度两个因素的条件下,设计并制作15个预制混凝土搭接连接试件,对其进行单轴拉伸试验,从而分析搭接连接试件的破坏模式及各因素的影响规律.试验研究表明,内置薄壁钢管试验构件的破坏形式均为混凝土灌芯与薄壁钢管内壁之间发生滑移,连接钢筋屈服之前连接就已发生破坏,按照混凝土结构设计规范中纵向受拉钢筋锚固长度计算公式计算的搭接长度不满足设计要求,在之后的研究中,可以使用带有局部波纹的钢管代替光滑薄壁钢管来改善搭接连接性能.
As the research based on the thin wall steel tube prefabricated concrete shear wall structure of reinforced lap connection performance,considering the steel bar diameter and the lap length under the condition of two factors,the design and construction of a specimen of 15 precast concrete lap connection,uniaxial tensile test,so as to analyze lap connection failure modes of the specimens and the influence law of various factors.Experimental study shows that the built-in destroy of thin-walled steel tube test artifacts are pouring concrete core with thin wall steel tube wall between slip,before connecting steel yield connection damage has occurred,according to the design code of concrete structure longitudinal tensile reinforcement anchoring length calculation formula of lap length don't meet the design requirements,in the later study,A local corrugated steel tube can be used instead of a smooth thin-walled steel tube to improve the lap joints.
