摘要
本文以incoPat专利数据库为数据源,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,对风能发电技术专利情况进行分析,以了解风能发电技术领域动态,预测行业及主要创新主体未来技术的走向与趋势,为中国创新主体专利布局提供情报支撑。研究表明,中国在风能发电技术领域起步晚,成长快,取得专利申请数量连续15年排名第一的成绩,同时也存在专利质量偏低,海外市场布局不足等短板亟待补足。
This paper uses the incoPat patent database as the data source,and uses the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the patent situation of wind energy power generation technology,so as to understand the dynamics of wind power generation technology,predict the trend and trend of future technologies of the industry and major innovative entities,and provide intelligence support for the patent layout of China’s innovative entities.The study shows that China started late in the field of wind energy power generation technology,grew fast,and ranked first in the number of patent applications for 15 consecutive years,but also had shortcomings such as low patent quality and insufficient overseas market layout that need to be filled.
