摘要
在对风险进行科学研究和系统分类的基础上,基于调研采样数据,构建质量风险评价模型,阐述关联关系,利用网络分析法—模糊综合评价方法得出综合评价.研究结果表明,此次研究的EPC模式下装配式建筑项目质量风险处于中等水平;设计风险和施工风险是影响EPC模式下装配式建筑质量风险的重要因素,在制定相关管理措施时应给予重点关注.
On the basis of scientific research and systematic classification of risks,based on the survey and sampling data,a quality risk assessment model has been constructed,the correlation relationship has been explained,and the comprehensive assessment has been obtained by using the network analysis method-fuzzy comprehensive assessment method.The results showed that:under the EPC mode of this paper,the quality risk of assembled construction project was at a medium level.Design risk and construction risk were important factors affecting the quality risk of assembled buildings under EPC mode,which should be paid special attention when formulating relevant management measures.
