摘要
探索按病床功能进行病床分类管理对我国卫生资源的优化配置与合理利用,对实现卫生服务的可持续发展有重要意义。目前,我国尚处于病床分类管理的探索阶段,相比之下,日本经历长期探索与实践已积累相当丰富的病床分类管理经验,形成了较成熟的病床分类标准,并正在推进以“地区医疗构想”为载体的病床规划。日本基于疾病各阶段的医疗需求分化病床功能,充分利用卫生领域相关数据,按病床功能科学布局,制定病床规划,并通过达成多方共识,共同努力推动病床规划的实现,值得我国在病床功能定位乃至分类管理中学习借鉴。
It is critical for China to explore the classified management of hospital beds according to their functions to optimally allocate and rationally utilize health resources in the nation and ensure the sustainable development of health services.Currently,China is still in the primary stage of developing the classified management of hospital beds.Compared to China,Japan has accumulated rich experience in this area through long-term exploration and practice,formed a more advanced classified standard of hospital beds,and promoted the hospital beds planning with“regional medical concept”as the carrier.Japan has differentiated the functions of hospital beds based on the medical needs of each stage of disease,made full use of the relevant data in the health field,and formulated hospital bed planning according to the scientific layout of hospital bed functions and promoted the realization of hospital bed planning through consensus and joint efforts of many parties,which is worth learning from China in the positioning and even classification management of hospital beds.
