摘要
类风湿关节炎属于临床常见病,此文介绍首都国医名师周平安教授诊治类风湿关节炎的经验,周平安教授认为类风湿关节炎当属中医“痹证”“历节”范畴,病机在于正虚为本,风寒湿痹阻,不通则痛,制定了扶正驱邪,通络止痛,调和气血的治疗方法,临床中首辨病邪,气血同调,专方论治,同时结合中药现代药理研究结果辨证加减用药,病证结合,临床疗效颇佳。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a common clinical disease.This article introduces Professor Zhou Ping’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,a famous traditional Chinese medicine teacher in the capital.It is based on righteous deficiency,wind-cold dampness obstructs wind,cold and dampness,pain is caused by failure.The treatment method of strengthening the body and expelling evil,dredging the collaterals and relieving pain,and reconciling qi and blood is developed.The results of modern pharmacological research have resulted in the addition and subtraction of drugs based on syndrome differentiation,combining disease and syndrome,and the clinical efficacy is quite good.
