摘要
针对我国部分区域动车组运用特点及维修需求,结合修程修制发展要求,分析未来在部分动车所开展动车组三级修的必要性、可行性。节假日与日常客流的高峰低谷规律为在动车所均衡开展三级修提供了客观条件;运用检修经验的不断积累和修程修制改革工作的持续推进为未来动车所开展三级修提供了有力支撑;按照动车所不同状况和实际需求,提出基于换架修和转向架换件修的2种动车所三级修方案。
Based on the characteristics and maintenance requirements of EMU operation in some regions of China,and in combination with the development of maintenance mechanism and system,this paper analyses the necessity and feasibility of level 3 maintenance of EMUs in EMU sub-depots.The peak and valley laws of passenger flow on holidays and ordinary days provide objective conditions for level 3 maintenance in EMU subdepots.The continuous accumulation of operation maintenance experience and the continuous promotion of the reform of the maintenance mechanism and system provide a strong support for the level 3 maintenance of EMUs in sub-depots.In accordance with different conditions and actual demands of EMU sub-depots,we propose two level 3 maintenance schemes for EMU sub-depots based on bogie replacement and bogie part replacement.
