摘要
转向制动阀为推土机液压系统重要元件之一,用来控制车辆转向操作。该文通过对转向制动阀产品结构及试验要求进行分析,对转向制动阀阀体小批量生产过程中关键工艺工装方案进行了研究和探讨。
Steering brake valve is one of the important components of bulldozer hydraulic system,which is used to control vehicle steering operation.Based on the analysis of the product structure and test requirements of steering brake valve,this paper studies and discusses the key process and tooling scheme in the small batch production of steering brake valve body.
