摘要
聚丙烯装置动力分离器机械密封故障率高使用寿命短,多次造成装置临时停车。此次升级改造在分析原机械密封故障原因的基础上,提出了采用干气密封的解决方案,通过现场工业运行证明了改造后的机械密封已达到了改造的预期,延长设备运行周期的同时创造了较大的经济效益。
The mechanical seal of the dynamic separator in the polypropylene unit has a high failure rate and short service life,resulting in the temporary shutdown of the unit for many times.Based on the analysis of the failure causes of the original mechanical seal,this upgrade proposed the solution of using dry gas seal.Through the on-site industrial operation,it was proved that the modified mechanical seal has met the expectations of the transformation,and created greater economic benefits while prolonging the operation cycle of the equipment.
