摘要
目的 探讨常规超声联合超微血管成像技术的灰度模式(mSMI)技术对肾脏肿瘤良恶性的评估价值。方法 回顾性分析于笔者医院诊治的58例肾肿瘤患者病灶的常规超声及mSMI特征,以病理结果为金标准,分为良性组及恶性组,采用ROC曲线评估常规超声、mSMI及二者联合鉴别诊断肾肿瘤良恶性的诊断效能。结果 58例患者共58个病灶纳入研究,常规超声、mSMI及二者联合鉴别诊断肾肿瘤良恶性的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.757、0.821和0.899。结论 mSMI能显示更多的肿瘤微血流信息,常规超声联合mSMI能提高诊断肾肿瘤的准确性,在鉴别诊断肾肿瘤方面具有重要临床价值。
Objective To explore the evaluation value of conventional ultrasound combined with mSMI technique for benign and malignant renal tumors.Methods The conventional ultrasound and mSMI characteristics of 58 patients with renal tumor treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into benign group and malignant group according to the gold standard of the results of pathology.The ROC curves were used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of conventional ultrasound,mSMI and their combination for differentiation of benign and malignant renal tumors.Results A total of 58 lesions were included in 58 patients,the area under ROC curve of conventional ultrasound,mSMI and their combination detection for differentiation of benign and malignant renal tumors were 0.757,0.821 and 0.899,respectively.Conclusion The mSMI can display more microflow information of tumors,the combination of conventional ultrasound and mSMI can improve the accuracy of diagnosis renal tumors,which has important clinical value in distinguish benign and malignant renal tumors.
