摘要
本文建立了高效液相色谱-离子阱飞行时间质谱(HPLC-IT-TOF)建立植物生长调节剂的定性筛查方法。本方法无需标准品,利用IT-TOF专用软件MetID进行初步筛查,出现阳性样品之后,再利用IT-TOF多级质谱功能进行结构鉴定,确认目标物。在方法建立过程中,以矮壮素、氯吡脲和多效唑为例,对黄瓜、西红柿和提子等3种果蔬样品进行筛查,其中3种样品均可筛查到矮壮素,西红柿还可以筛查到氯吡脲,证明该方法高效可靠,无需标准品,可用于果蔬样品的快速筛查分析。
High performance liquid chromatography hyphenated with ion trap time of flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-IT-TOF)was used to establish a qualitative screening method for plant growth regulators.This method does not need standards.IT-TOF proprietary software MetID is used for preliminary screening.After positive samples appear,IT-TOF mass spectrometry is used for structural identification to confirm the target.Three kinds of plant growth regulators,such as Chlormequat chloride,Forchlorfenuron and Paclobutrazol,and three fruit and vegetable samples,cucumber,tomato and raisin,were used for method development and evaluation.As the results,Chlormequat chloride could be screened in three kinds of samples,and Forchlorfenuron could also be screened in tomatoes,which proved that the method was efficient and reliable without standard samples,and could be used for rapid screening and analysis of fruit and vegetable samples.
