摘要
目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸联合β_(2)微球蛋白检测对2型糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性选取2021年1-12月巨野县人民医院2型糖尿病肾病患者74例作为糖尿病肾病组,选取健康体检人员74名作为健康对照组。统计分析糖尿病肾病不同疾病分期患者的血清同型半胱氨酸、β_(2)微球蛋白水平,并统计分析两组人员的血清同型半胱氨酸、β_(2)微球蛋白水平及单独与联合检测的阳性情况。结果糖尿病肾病Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者的血清同型半胱氨酸、β_(2)微球蛋白水平均逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病肾病组血清同型半胱氨酸、β_(2)微球蛋白水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用血清同型半胱氨酸单独检测阳性率为56.8%(42/74),β_(2)微球蛋白单独检测阳性率为68.9%(51/74),血清同型半胱氨酸联合β_(2)微球蛋白检测阳性率为83.8%(62/74),联合检测阳性率明显高于单一检测阳性率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=69.145、56.337,P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病肾病血清同型半胱氨酸联合β_(2)微球蛋白检测的诊断价值较单独检测高,随着疾病地进展,两者检测结果随之上升。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum homocysteine combined with β_(2) microglobulin de⁃tection in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 74 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in Juye County People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as the diabetic nephropathy group.A total of 74 healthy people were selected as the healthy control group.Statistical analysis of serum homocys⁃teine and β_(2) microglobulin levels in patients with different disease stages of diabetic nephropathy.The serum homo⁃cysteine,β_(2)-microglobulin levels,and the positive conditions of single and combined detection were also statistically analyzed in the two groups.Results The levels of serum homocysteine and β_(2)-microglobulin in patients with diabetic nephropathy stage I,II,III and IV were gradually increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum homocysteine and β_(2)-microglobulin in the diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of serum homocyste⁃ine alone was 56.8%(42/74),the positive rate of β_(2)-microglobulin alone was 68.9%(51/74),and the positive rate of serum homocysteine combined with β_(2)-microglobulin was 83.8%(62/74),and the positive rate of the combined test was significantly higher than that of the single test,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=69.145,56.337,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of serum homocysteine combined with β_(2)-microglobulin detection in type 2 diabetic nephropathy is higher than that of single detection,and with the progression of the disease,the results of both detections will increase.
