高校教育博物馆育人功能探索与实践——以菏泽学院教师教育博物馆为例

摘要 菏泽学院教师教育博物馆因其发展定位的特殊性在某种程度上具有一定的开创意义。教师教育博物馆秉持宏观教育视角,以学校教育为轴心,以常规课堂为基础,开发多元实践课程、打造优质研学基地、拓展校地合作模式、优化教师教育品牌特色,建构“一体连贯、多维整合”的教师教育课程体系,是对教师教育课程体系建设理念与实践的创新与突破,是教师教育博物馆多元育人功能的充分展现。 Due to the particularity of its development orientation, The Teacher Education Museum of Heze University has certain pioneering significance to some extent. From the perspective of macro-education, taking school education as the axis and conventional classroom as the basis, the museum develops diversified practical courses, creates a high-quality research and learning base, expands the school local cooperation mode, optimizes the brand characteristics of teacher education, and constructs a teacher education curriculum system of Integrated-coherence and Multi-dimensional Integration, which is the innovation and breakthrough in the construction concept and practice of teacher education curriculum system, and a full display of diversified educational functions.
